Description of agency: 1 to 14-day advance curb-to-curb transportation to people with disabilities. Access Link is a public transportation service developed to comply with the paratransit regulations of the ADA. Access Link service is comparable to the NJ TRANSIT local fixed route bus system. Access Link is for people with disabilities who are unable to use the local fixed route bus. In order to use Access Link, you must first apply for eligibility (see Eligibility).

2). Name of Agency: Alethea R. Wright Vision of Hope Center

Description of Agency: This Emergency Shelter offers services to 65 single adult homeless men.  It is designed to move each individual through three phases which concentrate on addressing basic needs, life skills, employment and housing. Clients must be over the age of 18, single adult male with no arson or sexual offenses.

3).Name of agency: Anna M Sample House Women's Shelter

Description of agency: This 25-bed residence for homeless families and single adult females is supervised 24 hours/day. The average length of stay varies for each individual. Services also include: case management, assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, child-enrichment activities, clothes, life skills training, household items, mental health, emergency shelter and educational/vocational referrals, 3 nutritious meals/day. Description of Agency: Social Work staff assesses complaints for abuse, neglect and exploitation of older persons residing in their own homes, apartments or with others in private residences in the community. Staff provides or arranges for services necessary to protect vulnerable adults. These services may include emergency medical care, food, and placement in a boarding or residential health care facility, arrangements for homemaker/home health care, supportive counseling and other legal actions. Social Workers make follow-up visits to review the situation and see that services are in place.

8). Name of agency: Camden County Women's Center (Domestic Violence Safe House, Domestic Violence Outreach & Support Center)                                                                                                                            

Description of agency: CCWC is under the umbrella of NJAC, a private 501(c) 3 organization. CCWC is the lead and state designated agency dedicated to assisting survivors of domestic violence build violence-free lives, and to reduce domestic violence through community education initiatives.
